UC chemistry graduate students are eligible for 3 different awards through the Graduate Student Governance Association (GSGA).
Each students can receive a maximum of $500 per year from the GSGA of which only up to $400 (per year) can be used for conference travel related awards. While a student can apply for conference travel awards each year, a student cannot receive more than $500 in GSGA Research Award monies during their entire graduate career at UC. If you have any questions about this please contact a GSGA officer.
"One Year" refers to the time period starting the first day of the summer quarter of a year to the last day of summer break (the break after spring quarter) the following year.
