The CGSA is divided in seven committees that organize different events like outside speakers or awards:
- Awards Committee
- Poster Board Committee
- Speaker of the Year Committee
- Bagel Sale Committee
- ChemCats Committee
- Intramurals Committee
- Outreach Committee
